I’m a Licensed Therapist and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, specializing in addiction, depression, and life transitions. My style is direct, encouraging, and focused on what works for you.

The past 8 years, I’ve worked as a therapist in inpatient hospitals, IOP/PHP programs, and have a private practice, Own It Therapy, PLLC.
